A Note to Our Customers and Partners Regarding COVID-19
With the rising concerns of COVID-19 disease (SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus) spreading throughout the global community, the VIDA team wants to assure our customers and partners that we have taken steps to adapt to the worldwide crisis.
The health and wellbeing of our employees, partners, customers, and the community is our top concern during this challenging time. With the guidance of the CDC and other health authorities, we have implemented additional procedures and mitigations to continue business operations as usual without compromise to our staff, partners and quality of service.
- Our analytical and customer support services teams can operate remotely and will do so if necessary. While we have not implemented this step as yet, we anticipate servicing our customers with no disruption in timing or quality.
- We are following the direction of health authorities as it relates to travel and other necessary precautions, and have reduced or eliminated business travel.
With the current uncertainties, we are committed to maintaining our business operations as usual without interruption. Those who have been directly affected are in our thoughts. These challenging times are also opportunities to come together and fight our common adversaries.
